Platinum Coins Guide
There’s a new gatcha available but you’re all out of coins? No worries, you can buy some!
- Note that this guide has been made using Google Play, it may look different when using the Apple Store.
The first thing you want to do is head over to the shop. It’s available from the in game menu and from your room, and is labeled ショップ (shop).
On the top of the shop page you’ll see the current amount of Total Coins (both Platinum Coins and Golden Coins) and Matsu Tickets you have.
Next to the Coins you’ll see a plus, I’d like you to click that.
You can now see a list of varying amounts of Platinum Coins and Bonus Coins as well as what they cost. The more Platinum Coins you buy, the more Bonus Coins you’ll get. Go ahead and choose the pack that suits you best and click the 購入 (purchase) button to the right.
You’ll see that you’re getting the option to choose payment methods or to redeem a gift card. Press the Payment methods to see all the options you have to choose from.
The two things you see on the top here are the two options I have used previously, my Visa card and my PayPal. Below that you can see the other options you have.
Credit or Debit
If paying with your credit/debit card is the best option for you, you should go with that option. You’ll be asked to fill in your credit/debit card info to complete your purchase.
Phone Bill
You should choose this option if you’d prefer to be billed via your phone number. If you use billing to pay for your mobile uses, the purchase will appear in that bill the next time you receive it.
PayPal
If you you want to pay with PayPal, you should pick this option. You’ll be asked to log in to PayPal to complete your purchase.
Gift Card
If you have a Google Play gift card, you can enter the code here to pay for your purchase.
When everything’s been set up you should be seeing this screen
The amount of Platinum Coins you’ll receive will be listed (in this picture it’s 80 coins), below that you’ll see your payment method and on the top right you’ll see the amount you’ll will be charged. Press the BUY button.
If everything has been set up correctly, you should get a message that your payment was successful. Your Platinum Coins will be available to use immediately after paying.
If it wasn’t successful, you should make sure that you’ve filled out your information correctly and make sure that you have enough money on your card or paypal, and that your gift card code is valid. You may also have to check the bank settings of your credit/debit card to make sure that your card allows internet and/or mobile purchases.
