Hi, my tablet at the moment is having some issues. Its working one moment and then broken the next. So i have the feeling ill have to trade my account for the game over to a new device soon. I was wondering if you are still able to play the game on the original device after you get the ID and password or if the game becomes un-usable until that account is transferred onto another device? When you go to the transfer data page and press the button, you are saving your data. You can keep playing! Just keep in mind that you should save as often as possible before you transfer, and keep a screenshot of your user ID and the password you are given. This is because anything you do after saving the game will not be transferred over, unless you save again. You can find more information about this in our Data Transfer Guide!

For some reasons whenever I open the game on normal map a bunch of rain drops fall down the screen at once and then stop even though its not the event map. Do you know why this is happening?

I personally do experience rain on the normal map as well (if Crisp Mode is OFF), though it doesn’t stop unless I turn Crisp Mode ON. 

My guess is that either it’s some sort of glitch, and if so it should be corrected soon. Either that, or a way to signify that we’re in the rain season. If it’s the latter then I think it’ll go away by the time all the Rainy Day (Umbrella) Costumes have been released, so after the next event.

If the rain bothers you or slows your device down, then you can turn Crisp Mode ON to make the rain stop. If you already have Crisp Mode on, I’d suggest to clear the Cache at the main menu (top left button that says ”キャッシュクリア” ).
