Since I’ve been putting off talking about what you gotta do to claim event matsus, I figured it out:
Osomatsu: pet 15 matsus
Karamatsu: reach the goal 3 times (on the main map, not event map)
Choromatsu: get 30 000 chips in the casino
Ichimatsu: toss the die 60 times
Jyushimatsu: answer the mid-difficulty quiz correctly 15 times
Todomatsu: take 200 steps
